Logged in, but I'm missing information
"I created an account, but my information and giving is missing."
When this happens, it means the account you created did not successfully pair with your existing TFH database record, so a duplicate was created.
This is very easy to fix! You can:
- Email support@tfh.org, or
- or call the Office at (707) 455-7790 and ask for someone from the IT department.
We will happily combine the two records, and solve your problem in no time!
