WHAT IS WINTER CAMP?
TFH Youth Winter Camp is a 2 ½ day experience designed for middle school and high school students to encounter God. During this camp, students will experience powerful worship times, convicting messages, challenging group discussions, new friendships, exciting team challenges, and more. We believe that by taking these few days to center around Jesus, we're going to see the next generation empowered and equipped. This is one of the most significant things we do as a youth ministry and we want your student to be a part of it!

We understand that sending your child to camp can be a big decision, and we want to assure you that every measure has been taken to create a safe and enjoyable environment for your student.

No, to reserve your spot, there will be a $50 deposit per camper. We will send a monthly reminder email with a portal for you to pay. You can also make payments by using the portal in your original confirmation email. Those that chose this option will need to pay by February 9th, 2025.

DO YOU HAVE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
Yes! We will be giving 50% sponsorships for camp this year. You must email Youth@tfh.org to get put on our scholarship list. Our hope is that we can give sponsorships to everyone that needs one, but they are given on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed.

ARE THERE CHAPERONES?
The safety of your child is our top priority. Your student will be accompanied at all times, from the bus ride, to group activities, free time, services, and even within their cabin. Our dedicated Camp Counselors, Youth Staff, Camp Nurse, and Parent Safety Team, will be there every step of the way. Our parent safety team will do room checks each night to assure that student’s are accounted for each night.

Our Camp Counselors undergo a vetting process that includes interviews, background checks, and extensive training. Your student will always have a responsible and caring Counselor by their side.

WHAT ARE THE CAMP ACCOMMODATIONS LIKE?
Cabins are separated by gender, with open-style bunk cabins for boys and rooms for girls accommodating 2-4 people. Bathrooms and showers are private, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment. Counselors will either be in the room or in the next room the whole time we’re at camp. Student’s will only be allowed in cabins with Counselors present.
