We know sending your student to camp is a big decision. Here are answers to some of the most common questions as you prepare for Youth Summer Camp.
Where is camp located?
Camp will take place at Alliance Redwoods in Occidental, CA. This is a well-established camp facility designed for youth groups, with cabins, dining, and recreation spaces all on-site.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can secure your student’s spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over time. All balances must be paid by June 28, 2026.
What happens after I register?
Once you register, your student’s spot is secured and you’ll receive a confirmation email with key details. You can also return to your registration at any time to make payments.
What should my student bring?
We’ve provided a complete packing list to make this easy. View Packing List
Are there rules or guidelines for camp?
Yes. We’ve outlined everything you and your student need to know here: View Camp Rules & Policies
How are students supervised?
Your student will be cared for by trained leaders, camp staff, and a medical team throughout the entire experience. All leaders are background checked, students are supervised at all times, and safety and care are a top priority.
Can students bring their phones?
Campers may use their phones only during designated free time from 3:00–6:30pm. Outside of these hours, all phones must be turned in to camp counselors during night sessions and held by staff until the next free time (medical exceptions accommodated); campers can request staff assistance for urgent communication, and repeated misuse may result in the device being held for the remainder of camp.
