What Age Group is Rally Youth Conference for?
RYC is for 6th - 12th grade students, Youth leaders, and Youth Pastors.
What time do I need to get there?
Allow yourself at least 45 minutes to park, check-in, find your seats, use the restroom, and grab coffee, before service starts.
Does my ticket purchase cover the whole Conference?
Yes, your ticket covers all of the Sessions!
When does the Early Bird discount end?
January 13, 2026, will be the last day to receive the $85 Early Bird discount. After that date, the General Admission price will be $100, and the Group rate price will be $95.
Will there be Day pass tickets?
No, we will not be selling day pass tickets. In order to attend the Conference, you will need to purchase a full price ticket. If you’d like to just attend certain sessions, feel free to attend what you’re able to.
Are Meals Included with My Ticket?
No, food is not included with a ticket purchase. There will be Food Trucks on site for lunch on Friday. Prepare to bring money to buy lunch. We will also be closing the campus down for the Dinner Break. Make sure to have a plan to find dinner from 3:45pm - 6:00pm on Friday.
Will there be Merch?
Yes! We will have Merch available for you to purchase throughout the Conference. We only have limited quantities, so make sure to buy it quickly before we sell out.
Do I need cash?
You will need to have cash or a card for the food trucks. We will accept cash & cards for merch as well. A food truck is about $15-$20 a person.
Are students allowed to stay overnight on campus?
No, students will need to be picked up as soon as the evening sessions have finished.
Group Info
Is there a discount for Groups?
Yes, the group rate is $95. We are offering an additional $10 discount per ticket through January 13th. A group is considered 20+ coming from a guest church.
How do I add more people to my Group Tickets?
Email Youth@tfh.org to add more people to your group.
When is the Deadline to purchase Group Tickets?
The deadline to purchase Group Tickets is March 1st, 2026. This will give our team enough time to send you all the needed information your group will need to have the best time at Rally Youth Conference this summer. If you need to make any changes to your group beyond this deadline, please email Youth@tfh.org.
If I purchased tickets for my group, can we save seats?
Seats will be saved for your group if you qualify for group tickets. After the deadline, we will no longer be able to save additional seats for you. Any additional sign ups will need to funnel through our GA ticket type.
